2. Products

All products sold on Ovnitex are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process.
Visual representations on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur between production runs.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT when applicable, including shipping fees.
Ovnitex reserves the right to update its prices at any time. The price charged is the one shown at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Ovnitex reserves the right to refuse an order in the case of fraud, previous disputes, or unexpected stock issues.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s integrated providers (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Ovnitex does not store any banking information.

6. Shipping

6.1 Delivery Times

As each product is made-to-order, delivery times vary depending on destination. Average delivery is between 5 to 14 business days after the order is placed.

6.2 Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in the “Orders” section once the order is shipped, when available.

6.3 Shipping Areas

We offer international shipping to many countries. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you.

7. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

7.1 All Ovnitex products are printed on demand. This means that each item is produced individually and specifically for the customer only after an order has been placed.

7.2 As such, these items are not part of a pre-manufactured or stocked inventory, and their production begins uniquely in response to the customer’s purchase. Therefore, Ovnitex finds itself unable to accept size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, since the item cannot be resold or re-stocked once created.

7.3 According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly customized.

7.4 However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

- The item received presents sufficiently significant manufacturing defects or is damaged.

- The item received does not match the order (wrong size, color, or design).

7.5 We encourage customers to consult the sizing guides and product descriptions present on each product page carefully before placing their order. Since some items can be oversized, it is often wiser to consider taking a size under your usual size if you don't want the garment to be too large/oversized.

7.6 Return requests must be sent to support@ovnitex.com within 14 calendar days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior or any dishonest activity.

7.7 Once your request is validated, we will:

- Provide instructions for returning the item to a European address.

- Cover the full cost of return shipping.

- Offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability.

7.8 No return will be accepted without prior written approval from Ovnitex. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

8. Liability

Ovnitex cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill the contract due to force majeure, supplier shortages, shipping delays, or postal disruptions.

Ovnitex operates from Luxembourg and ships worldwide.
All transactions made through this website are considered as concluded in Luxembourg.

In the event of a dispute, the applicable law shall be that of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the competent courts shall be those of the judicial district of Luxembourg-City, unless otherwise required by the consumer protection laws of the buyer's country of residence.

By purchasing from Ovnitex, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

- The terms and conditions are governed by Luxembourgish law;

- Any legal action must be brought before the courts of Luxembourg, unless local legislation mandatorily supersedes this provision;

- Ovnitex will comply with mandatory consumer rights laws applicable in the customer's country, where required.
